Agents, Brokers, and Appraisers

Membership is open to licensed commercial real estate agents, commercial brokers, and state-certified appraisers. If you’re affiliated with a sponsoring broker, ensure they are a current LACDB member before proceeding.

Fees:

Initial Fee: $100

Quarterly Fee: $180 (no contract period)

REALTOR Members of GBRAR CID, NOMAR CID, NWLAR CID, or RCA’s RAA: $60/quarter discount

  • Advanced property search, reporting tools, and analytics

Economic Development

Leverage powerful data insights, track market trends, and access a robust inventory of commercial properties to support business growth and community development initiatives. This membership level does not permit listing properties on LACDB.

Annual Fee: $2,500

  • Ability to post needs and wants

  • Search tool, a geographic-specific search feature for active LACDB listings that can be embedded on your website (additional cost)
